I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, right in the center of town and so close to the city center. It was easy to get to the airport and also to the old town, which is gated. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was delicious and there was a good variety of options.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to tram and bus stations. It was also conveniently located within walking distance of popular attractions like the Hadrian Gate and the Marina. the staff were friendly and accommodating, promptly addressing any issues or requests.
The cleanliness of the room left something to be desired, with a constant and unpleasant odor present. Communication with the staff was also challenging due to a lack of English proficiency.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the value for money was exceptional, especially during the winter season. Secondly, the location was perfect for those traveling to/from the airport or bus station, with the metro-tram station just a minute away. Lastly, the staff was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate my requests.
There was one minor aspect that could be improved upon. Perhaps some attention could be given to the maintenance of the bathrooms to ensure a more enjoyable stay.

I was amazed by the location of the hotel. It was right in the city center, and I could easily walk to all the shops and attractions.
